Made to your spec
Custom leather belts, produced in Europe
Your design, your leather, your buckle, your packaging. We turn briefs into production-ready leather belts — from 250-piece development runs to full seasonal collections.

What 'custom' means here
Custom for us starts with the spec, not the catalogue. You bring a brief — leather type, width, length range, buckle, packaging, finishing — and we develop, sample and produce against it.
Most of our clients arrive with a design intent rather than a finished tech pack. Our team handles the pattern work, sourcing and prototyping so the first sample is already production-viable.
How we run a custom project
Spec, not catalogue
We do not ask you to pick from a list. Every belt is built to your specification — width, length, leather, hardware, finishing.
Small batch ready
Development starts at 150 pieces per model (min. 75 per colour) for stock leather. Repeat orders scale to 50,000 and beyond without changing partner.
One partner, full process
From leather sourcing to packaged, palletised shipment. One point of contact across the whole production chain.
Customisation options
Leather type and finish — mostly full grain and split, also embossed or suede, vegetable or chrome tanned
Width, length and shape — standard sizes or fully custom patterns
Buckle and keeper hardware — our partners or your own dies
Edge finishing — burnished, painted, folded or raw
Embossing, debossing, foil stamping and edge dyeing
Branded packaging — boxes, hangtags, dust bags
Frequently asked questions
Can I bring my own leather?
Yes. We can produce on client-supplied leather or source it on your behalf from LWG-certified European tanneries.
Can I bring my own buckle?
Yes. We work with client-owned dies and we can also produce buckles through our EU hardware partners.
Do you charge for sampling?
Sampling is paid — typically €250 to €600 per reference depending on complexity. The cost is credited against the first production order.
How small can a custom run go?
MOQ depends on the material. For stock leather, 150 pieces per model (min. 75 per colour). For non-stock leather, the tannery MOQ applies.
How do I measure my belt size?
The simplest method: take a belt you currently wear, measure from the buckle prong to the hole you actually use. That length in centimetres is your belt size. Don't use your trouser waist — belt sizes typically run 5–10 cm larger.
How do I choose the right belt for a brand collection?
Match three things to your customer: width (30–35 mm dress, 35–40 mm everyday, 40 mm+ casual), leather (full-grain for premium, top-grain for accessible price points) and buckle finish (matte for understated, polished for formal). We help retailers and brands spec the right mix for their segment.
Can I bring my own buckle or hardware?
Yes. We work with client-supplied buckles, or design and source custom hardware (engraved, plated, branded) from our European partners.
House specialty
Braided belts for men — leather and elastic
The braided men's belt is one of our historical specialties. We produce two families: the all-leather braided belt (hand-woven full-grain strips) and the elastic braided belt with leather ends, designed for comfort and hole-less fit.
Braided leather belt for men — European full-grain, hand-woven, stitched leather tips, buckle of your choice.
Braided elastic belt for men — high-density woven elastic, leather tips, stepless fit without holes.
Widths 30 to 40 mm, 12+ elastic colours in stock, buckle in nickel, brass or matte black.
Ideal for brands looking for a distinctive men's leather belt with character, or a smart-casual product that sells year-round. MOQ depends on material: 150 pieces per model (min. 75 per colour) for stock leather, or the tannery MOQ for non-stock leather.
