What we offer

White-Label Belt Production

Belts are our backbone — premium white-label and private label production for B2B brands. Repeatable, scalable, with consistent quality across high-volume repeat orders.

Beyond Belts — Leather Goods

Card holders, wallets, key holders, pouches, luggage tags, desk mats, corporate and hospitality leather goods. Brands start with belts, then add a full leather accessory collection.

Paid Product Development

Leather sourcing, pattern development, technical development, prototyping and sampling — as a paid service. From idea to production-ready leather product, with clear deliverables and no free endless sampling.

Cost Engineering & DFM

We optimise your design for efficient production without compromising quality — material yield, construction, hardware, finishing — so the product holds its margin at volume.

Material Sourcing

We manage dozens of leather batches, each slightly different in tone, density and behaviour. Even sub-millimetre thickness variation becomes visible at scale. We control it.

Scalable European Production

From 200 to 200,000 pieces. A modern European production base — leather inspection, CNC cutting, skiving, stitching, edge painting, hot stamping, QC, packaging — under one roof.

Material library

50 leather types for sampling and production

We keep a selection of hides from 50 different leather types in stock — each in multiple colors — for rapid sampling and prototyping. Once production is confirmed, we have the right quantity delivered by our trusted European tanneries.

Private label

Your brand, our craftsmanship

We produce belts and leather goods under your own label — printed, embossed, or stamped with your logo, your size markings, and your specifications. Full confidentiality, consistent quality, and the same finishing standards we apply to every Bluestar product.

In stock

All kinds of braided belts and buckles

Design → Prototype → Adjust → Repeat

Initial Consultation

We start with understanding your brand, product needs, volumes, and timeline. Whether you have detailed specs or just an idea, we meet you where you are.

Material Selection

We manage dozens of leather batches, each slightly different in tone, density, and behavior. Together we select the right material — because even sub-millimetre differences in thickness becomes visible across thousands of pieces.

Design & Development

Most belts are designed as static objects but used as dynamic ones. We start from movement — bending, stretching, daily wear. We optimize for what happens over time, not just what looks good on day one.

Prototyping & Testing

We produce physical samples, then test them like they'll be used. Bending, tightening, releasing — hundreds of times. A good sample proves it works once. A good product proves it keeps working.

Production

At 250,000 belts per year, nothing is static. We constantly adjust cutting based on leather variation, stitch tension during long runs, and edge finishing depending on conditions.

Delivery & Partnership

Products are packed to your specifications and delivered on schedule. We remain your partner for reorders, adjustments, and ongoing development.
